Flora von Flaca is a beautiful 5 year old long haired German Shepherd. Flora will be beautiful, but you need to use your imagination.  She arrived at the animal shelter with her friend Cubby, both desperately in need of grooming. Although we asked them not to even trim her so our skilled groomers could take the time to do it right, we were disappointed to see her arrive completely shaven. We were ready to cry for her. While we know her coat will grow out beautiful and long, in the meantime, she has to wear something to keep her warm. Most importantly, Flora is a wonderful dog with a loving, easygoing temperament. A gentle soul, she adores being with people and having her head and chest rubbed. She is treat-motivated, wants to please, and walks nicely on leash. Flora and Cubby are looking for a forever home where they can stay together. They are fine around other dogs, passed their cat tests, and are happiest when they are together.
